This was the perfect place for our family to gather. There was plenty of space for us to have dinners together and then spread out for conversation. We especially enjoyed the screened back porch, which let us experience our surroundings in the evening without interference from the bugs. A beautiful, secluded place in woods of Kansas. Just lovely.

I almost hate to say how much we loved this little house. What a gem! And it is apparent that the host has the gift of hospitality. We felt so at home, very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay in Manhattan. I have stayed at quite a few Air BnB’s, and while this one is small and somewhat modest, it truly is so very charming and welcoming on the inside. For the house itself, I would rank it very near the top of places I have stayed with AirBnB. Clean, cozy, safe, welcoming.

This house was right on the golf course, beautiful views, extremely spacious & very quiet, theres 4 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms which was very convenient, great kitchen & tastefully decorated, very comfortable, I would highly recommend this house to anyone or group of friends. the garage was a plus for us also.

One of the cleanest air bnbs my husband I have stayed in. The host was very communicative and provided clear direction and instruction. The home was so cozy, it felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable furniture, perfectly decorated, with great views. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

Stayed here for my bachelorette and we loved the theme. Everything was pink!! My fave color. We took many pictures in the Barbie box and used the getting ready station. Perfect for a girls weekend!! 💖

As always it was a great stay! The newly added backyard area was a nice touch. If you are looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood, this is your place. It has all the amenities you need and Mallory even leaves a few waters in the fridge and snacks on the table. Will definitely return!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend visit. It had everything we could need or want without having to go to the store for every little thing ( coffee pods, ground coffee, cream, sugar, water, basket of snacks, shower essentials, tooth flossers, hand soap etc.). They definitely put a lot of thought into taking care of their vacationers and made this a cozy, like home space.

We stayed at Mallory’s home while in town for the Nebraska vs Cincinnati game at Arrowhead Stadium, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The location was ideal—peacefully tucked away, yet close enough to explore Topeka one day and Missouri the next. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Beds were super comfy, and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 8. It was the kind of place that made it easy to relax and recharge after a busy day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, roomy retreat with great access to both Kansas and Missouri!
