You have access to the entire house. The owner's residence is located in the lower level of the dwelling with separate (secured) entrances, parking and yard areas. You will not see him unless he is needed or you let Mallory know you would like to meet him. He is a retired and friendly man that has kids and grandkids and loves the outdoors.
