The place is nicely furnished. I didn't use the W/D but that is a nice amenity to have if one is staying longer. Be sure and read the instructions that say to go in through the back of the house, since the map takes you to the front. The neighborhood was quiet and the bedroom cozy.

Mallory was a great host who made my stay easy with her communication regarding the checking/checkout procedures. The accommodations were nice and comfortable providing a pleasant and peaceful stay. I would certainly stay here when visiting again.

My family of four stayed for the week while we waited for our home to be ready. Mallory’s place was super clean and very cute! We really enjoyed the space and the house had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet as well.

Loved the stay!! The pool was open 9-9 & was a really good bonus! Everything was less than 10 minutes away. The house was so big & nice, very clean & also very simple but very homey! First time staying at lake of the ozarks & if this house is available we would love to come back next year! Plenty of space & big beds! All 4 full bathrooms helped with after the pool no one had to wait to shower! Especially with little ones around, thank you for allowing us to stay here!

We had 7 adults on our trip to Manhattan. The house was more than big enough! We spent a night hanging out in the game room which was a very nice touch compared to other homes we've rented. There were enough linens and all basic items were stocked up. We had a great time! The home was easy to find, in a good location, was very clean, and the couple of things I did ask the host were answered in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for my wife and I . We were in town to visit our daughter at Ft. Riley. We will definitely stay again in the future. Very close location to some great restaurants. Home was beautifully decorated and cozy. We felt at home. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Mallory was an excellent host from start to finish. She answered all our questions quickly. She was super friendly. Mallory was super accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed the game room. The rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. I would highly recommend this place!

Our stay was great. The house was clean and as described in the listing. Mallory was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. The house and property were very child friendly. My kiddos loved the swing set and the walking trails. We would definitely like to stay again!

Mallory made our folks working in Manhattan for a month feel right at home! She was extremely responsive and always was willing to help us out even when we needed to extend our stay there! The current location was not available, but she proactively found our folks another AirBnB that she was the host of and it worked out just as well! Highly recommend!
